"ANN."

REPORT of the Marine Board of New South Wales in the matter of the stranding of the "ANN."

The Board held an investigation into the circumstances connected with the stranding of this little vessel, and found that she struck on the Bar in the attempt to get to sea from Cape Hawke River, timber laden, in consequence of the wind failing her. She was afterwards got off and beached inside.

The Board decided that no evidence had been adduced on which to found a charge of default against the master.

FRANCIS HIXSON, President.
